British Council Research Grant

KCA University has been awarded a 150,000 pounds grant by the British Council to deepen research on entrepreneurship projects and boost our efforts towards becoming a functionally comprehensive university. Partners include the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and the University of Nottingham from the United Kingdom.

Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program

KCA University and St. Paul’s University will be co-hosting a Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program in the last quarter of year 2022. The Institutions were selected by the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program for Funding after submitting a proposal.

The project’s objectives include: –

  • To equip faculty with skills and competencies for undertaking research and acquisition of grants.
  • To strengthen the capacity of faculty for mentorship/supervision of postgraduate students through Trainer of Trainers (ToT) workshops.
  • To develop a student-oriented program that will enhance their capacity to produce high-quality research outputs and participate meaningfully in development of grant winning proposals.
