Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Transfer

We are a department committed to creating a culture of outreach and engagement through innovative teaching and scholarship, as well as valuing engagement with our communities and regional partners.

By applying our academic and professional expertise to collaborations with community stakeholders, we will improve the quality of life for the communities we serve.

• Support training, coaching, mentorship, and seed funding of the tech startup ventures
• Support potential entrepreneurs so as to thrive and grow within KCAU Community
• Work with the industrial players and support stakeholders to ensure venture capital programs reach KCAU’s scale-up companies
• We work with various firms accessible by KCAU to encourage participation in global accelerators
• We support the commercialization of New KCAU’s innovations.
• Establish local community partners to collectively identify and address issues of public concern
• We disseminate available information about entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship and upcoming workshops, trainings and webinars
• Provide training on ICTs to target groups.
