Teaching (Learning Environment)
I believe in the power of the flipped classroom approach, where students actively engage in their learning by exploring content before class and using class time for collaborative problem-solving. I’m committed to creating an environment where learning goes beyond theory and is focused on practical application, especially in addressing Africa’s most pressing challenges. I aim to ensure every student is onboarded in the learning process, fostering critical thinking and empowering them to become change-makers. This approach enhances teaching effectiveness and contributes to higher student satisfaction by making learning more interactive and meaningful.
